During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. QQClub will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify QQClub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair, or compromise the Platform's systems, infrastructure, or the experience of other users.
Access to and use of the Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis. You may not:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Platform or its content; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
The QQClub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of QQClub. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of QQClub.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QQClub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
QQClub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
QQClub shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from: (a) reliance on any content or information published on the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials; or (d) any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures beyond QQClub's reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, QQClub's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
QQClub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other members.
Where an account is closed by QQClub for cause (i.e., as a result of a material breach of these Terms by the Member), any Bonus balance and associated winnings derived from Bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending fraud or AML investigation.
Members may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting QQClub's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions described in Section 6.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QQClub is incorporated and licensed under its applicable international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Members who access the Platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under Malaysian domestic law. QQClub makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
QQClub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, QQClub will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an updated version on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Members via their registered email address.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
